Bad delivery service

What an absolute waste of time , I ordered on the 25th of October , my order was supposed to be delivered already , I see by many other comments, that this is a common issue with in the organisation it seems , why has the company not taken action to rectify this situation! It’s disgusting the online WhatsApp chat service is absolutely horrific ! They try to reassure you that your parcel will arrive ,but at the same time , have no direct contact with the courier company
