Bad customer service from Incredible connection The Glen Mall

On 29 Oct 24 I returned my phone for the 2nd time to Incredible Connection The Glen, I have been deal with the 3 store managers there Judas, Rian & Khanyisile who are all unhelpful. since this was the 2nd time I brought this device, I then asked them to prioritize my matter.

On Wed 6 Oct 24 I was told the device repair is done and the phone will be dispatched to the store via a courier company and there is no need for me to drive to their repair center although I was prepared to do so, after all its just 15min drive. But I was not allowed to do so. FFW to today, I am calling Judas who told me the phone was not delivered and he referred me to Another useless person by the name of Andile Dube in their head office. She also had no clue on what to do except explaining the process.

The process of lodging complaints with this store is design in the way to frustrate customers.
