Bad Customer Service from Incredible Connection at the Waterfront!!!

We visited the Incredible Connection Store at The Waterfront after work on Monday and looked at the TV's and connection boxes. We then walked to the service counter after being in the store for more than 8 minutes could be longer and still being ignored. There were two guys behind the service counter one was pretending to work through some book and writing and the other just made as though he was looking for something to save his life behind the counter. Both saw us and ignored us, even though we stood at the counter then my husband asked if someone can please assist us they then reluctantly called a lady and she came from the back and assisted us. She was clued up and knew what she was talking about but when a caucasian man came in and asked her (while she was busy assisting us a Caucasian man comes past and asks if his pc or something was ready) she said yes with a huge smile and she would get it once she was done with us. She then APPARENTLY went to the back and looked for us for stock of the connection box but APPARENTLY could not find anything (covered herself nicely also by saying that she would have checked on the PC but their systems was down which I can appreciate if true this can happen). But did not even suggest that she can call us back and let us know NOTHING! But wait for it...she returned from apparently looking for stock for us after a while with the caucasian man's device in her hand!!! SAD, that they think we are so stupid to not know when people are just rude and disrespectful. So she was in a rush to get rid of us assuming we will waste her time and do not have money. The other CLOWN who was so busy looking for God knows what (that could not help us before) suddenly ju,ped over the counter and I tell you he basically flew when a Foreign man and his partner came into the store (I could hear by the accent he was Foreign) to help them. I said to my husband "this is South Africa" for this same reason colonialism ****d the world...Because of your Ja Baas Attitude. Please Incredible Connection Staff and Management at The Waterfront and other stores...treat people with Dignity and Respect and do not judge a book by the cover. We left the waterfront feeling very dispondent and felt its a place for Foreigners and not for locals. South Africa what does the Future hold when we teach people to treat people differently because of the colour of their skin or their perceived status! Shocking, I hope nobody gets treated this way and to Purposely be made to feel inferior
