Bad Customer Service - Denied Access during training hours

I went to Incredible Connection at Mall of Africa at 19:49 and I was denied access by the staff telling me they're closed. I showed the man at the door their traiding hours as displayed on their door and he still said the store manager by the name of Sofie says I should come back another time.
