Bad Customer Service

Almost 2 weeks ago Tsephiso at the Cresta branch. I had merely asked that the Laptop + Cellphone with new SIM card and 500mb data be done on an existing SIM card. At no point did Tsephiso think it necessary to inform me that I will not be able to get the 500mb per month data on an existing SIM card. The fact that I signed for the Smart (whatever) deal which gives me 350mb data, 50 minutes data and 50 SMS's does not excuse the need to inform the customer explicitly. The reason I'm complaining on this forum is not due to the bad sales treatment but due to the fact that I complained about this on Incredible Connections Website and on a feedback I gave via an SMS and have not heard a word from them. Needless to say, I'll never shop at any Incredible Connection branch for the rest of my life.
