Bad customer service

I got a very horrible experience with incredible connections fourways mall, I bought a laptop there and it just went blank I took it there in November and they told me I need to pay R4900 to fix it even though it was still under warranty and I told them to bring it back but still they failing to bring it back to me their technician are clueless giving me stories every day and it really making me angry to always call them wasting my time and I got to use this for my business reallly horrible experience and very bad customer service
