Bad customer service

I ordered a lenovo laptop that was on sale 8 days ago after one day i tried tracking my order but it kept on saying my order is not available,i tried calling the one in vaal mall they said i should come the next day to consult but when i got there they claimed that they do not deal with online purchases yet they said i must come.I then tried to lay a complain on their website and requested a refund.They sent me an email saying they'll get back to me even today im still waiting. My money's still with them but i dont have my laptop yet.Their Customer service is bad
