Bad customer service

I bought a mecer inverter from them. 6 months later battery starting lasting less and less time. I took it back good a rude and obnoxious response from the manager at the it desk.

Three weeks later I’m getting back and forth emails from mustek and incredible connection and no one is resolving my issue
