Bad customer service

I had my eye on a tv hisense 50 inch uhd smart tv at the incredible connection the V&A store for the last two weeks. When I enquired about the tv I was told that it cannot be put through the till because of the lockdown rules. So to this i left my details at the branch. Then fast forward to Monday 1st June to my surprise I found the tv was sold. And it was sold on saterday. While we were still in lockdown level 4. I’m not happy about this because I was assured the tv would be kept one side for me.
