BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an enquiry about repairs on my Laptop spoken to Natalie who is the technician but halfway thru our conversation my fone died airtime was finished because i was kept on hold from this person to that person so as the customer i am thought she would call back since they have my details to this moment nobody called back an i dont have clarity as to whats happening with my laptop, my question is where is the customer service from incredible connection it's if they dont care about their customers I"m so ever sorry i purchased an item from them never ever again
