Bad customer service.

They gave me a wrong product. Box broke while opening it. And they asked me to pay 15%. Phumlani the guy who was serving me kept on provoking me asking me if i was angry countless times after telling him that I dont want to talk about it. Im not happy with the service I got at VnA waterfront. Please teach your staff customer. Maybe its because he got aeay with it as he was speaking rudely to me in Xhosa.
