Bad Customer Service

on 26 December 2024 I returned headphones as was still under warranty and was told that volkano only opening on 6 January 2025 when i returned to the store in Greenstone I was informed that headset was only collected on 7th January and was told i would have to wait 14 - 21 business days for the supplier to exchange the headset but yet when i was there on 26 December 2024 the lady I had communicated with had sent supplier a whatsapp with a picture of the headset.This is not acceptable that I must wait so long whereby the item can be exchanged
