Bad customer service!!!!!!

What a horrible experience!! I placed my online order on the 15th of June 2023 and today is the 23rd of June and I still haven’t received my order. I called them in the morning because there wasn’t even tracking information on the site after these many days only to tell me that my order is being placed on hold. What for I don’t know. Time they didn’t even send an email or sms to communicate I had to call and follow up. And still after all that effort nothing!!! Shuu I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. Such horrible experience!! I bought a washing machine and I need it asap.
