Bad customer service

A 1 rating is still to high for incredible connection vaal mall.. Very poor with communication. We bought my son a gaming pc complete setup of R39k. After two months we took it back. Just to hear that they never installed the graphics card. They manually booked it in for repairs. After one week when i called they told me that asus never collected. When i contacted asus they checked there system. They informed me that incredible connection never booked it in for repair. I asked them that the area manager must phone me and up till today no phone call. They are quick to take your money when you want to buy but pathetic after the sale when it comes to customer service.
