Bad customer service

My 1st time purchasing at incredible connection and l must say the service is terrible.I purchased an iwatch se online and it was not allowing me to collect at store because at the stores it has been sold out so l opted for delivery. Tracking the delivery it was still processing 2days later l then call the *** number to find out what’s happening, the lady at the call centre advised that l will get a call by today or tomorrow. I get a call from the lady who said they don’t have stock unless l take a demo that was on display. When l refuse to take a demo she then said l can only be credited my money by next week. After an hour l called back the number that called me which was ***, a guy answered and he advised that the person that called me earlier on was the branch manager Tayashi from Gallaria mall. I have logged a complain because Tiyashini has not called me back as promised nor did anyone tell me what is the next step because according to her it’s the online store that should have known that they out of stock. ***.
