Bad customer service

Im truly saddened by incredible connections customer feedback from their store in Westgate. I bought a new phone from this store and they did not have an insurance product for my phone which i paid for on the day. I was promised ill be informed as for when the product arrives so that i can continue my monthly payments. I did not get any feedback from them and went in the shop in April to find out what is happening. Till this day i have not received any feedback from this shop.
