Bad customer service

I’m currently waiting my tablet to be delivered I placed this order on Sunday , I connected them on WhatsApp the person I spoke to is so rude and not willing to help ,I asked them to do a follow up with the courier company coz my parcel hasn’t moved they were not will to that , I asked for there contact information they say they do not have there contact information. I don’t know kind of business they running with such bad customer service
