Bad customer care or service

Stuck with online purchase by incredible connection. In October 2025 i bought 2 headsets from this company upon arrival i noticed that it's not the ones i ordered and the other headset was faulty i then logged a return immediately to my surprise they do not do online return mind you i am 250km away from this company hence I ordered online and i should return the products within 14 days. I told them I can't travel that far to just return the headsets but they refused clean and told me that the only way fine the headset are still under warranty lucky for me i had to travel to Pretoria this January 2026 to buy a new vehicle i took the headphones with hoping i will get assistance from one of the shops the guy from Wonderpark increadible connection was so negative and he didn't assist me with anything instead he said I must take them to Bloemfontein incredible connection or hifi coorparation he was so unreasonable and useless he didn't even attempt to assist in any way instead he complained that way we are bringing them to him i told him by the time we pass Bloemfontein it will be at night hence I saw an opportunity now. I am still stuck with the headsets even now and they cost R500 for both. I will never ever purchase online ever again with incredible connection thier customer care is horrible and not satisfactory. I also bought a dustbin the lid was broken upon arrival i complained still nothing happened up until today i am stuck again with the broken lid.
