Bad costumer service from Incredible connection

I am very disappointed with the service of incredible connection! I changed my number and i have been trying for four months to get hold of their credit department to change my contact details!! No one at the store is willing to help and when I phone most if the time the phone just rings.

Hope this massive issue can be resolved
