Bad bad incredible connection service

Bought a google play card at incredible connection . couldn't redeem card! After weeks after trying to resolve the issue with incredible connection Springs Mall I get no satisfaction! What is more distressing is that I never seem to be able to talk to the store manager! He Dont seem to work there as he is always out and when I get hold of him he lies to me telling me he s sending me emails etc. Very bad customer relations officer this one Dont buy there ever again .... I shouldn't even give one star you are not fit to hold the job you are in! I will also email head office
