Bad attitude /Terrible Service

i bought my Laptop from incredible connection Vodaworld last year December , last week i bought my 32 Samsung Memory stick from the same shop and i have received excellent service .. as you walk through the shop one of the sale consulted will follow you and ask if they can assist... and they will assist accordingly.<br> Guess what ??? on the afternoon of 14 April 2016 at about 16h35 i walked into the shop looking for external hard drive and i did not know where to find it around the shelves .<br> i walked around the shelves for more than 10 minutes looking around with no one on the floor to assist customers .<br> As i was about to gave up, i called for help to the lady who said she only works with Cellphone ... she asked one of the lady who was at the counter side ... who said to me how can i help ..just to cut the matter short Michelle Mulangeni who was supposed to assist me ..she was so unhelpful and her attitude towards customers it is a night mare .. because of her attitude i decide to leave the store and Go to the store next door ( nu metro ) to to buy a external hard drive ... <br> <br> it is a high time she value all the customer irregardless how they look / or color of their skin .
