Bad after sales service at Incredible Connection

Received the worst after sales service from Incredible Connection. They sold me software that was not what I needed and they could not refund me due to their refund policy. When I approached them all they did was smirk and said there is nothing they can do. I then reported my complaint to their customer service and when I followed up I was told the case was closed. No feedback or apology. The sales staff need to be properly trained so they know what to sell a client. I wasted R2800 and had to spend more in getting the correct software. Please do not buy anything at this store.
