Awful service from Incredible Connection's authorised repair agent.

Please can I have some assistance from someone if possible with resolving a damaged 2017 Macbook Pro that Incredible Connection is incapable of repairing properly, or at least the aurthorised dealer Incredible Connection use.

My laptop has been under repair since 23rd November 2020 for a known 'butterfly' keyboard problem. I have now received the laptop back four times, each with additional faults, metal distortions on the palm rest assembly, a sudden battery problem, chassis scratches, and now a trackpad that has been so poorly installed, it is skew on the laptop. It has now had four palm rest assemblies, 2 batteries, 1 keyboard and now been almost 20 weeks of waiting. The authorised dealer is seemly taking me as a fool.
