Aweful experience with warranty claim at Whale Coast Mall

Terrible experience dealing with the Whale Coast Mall Branch.

Took a laptop in under the extended warranty on 22 August 2023.

It's now 13 Oct, and I still don't have the laptop back.

So many excuses from staff and the store manager.

Last week they promised me that it would be fixed by the middle of this week, but this morning they tell me that they are still waiting for the parts.

Really not impressed.
