Awaiting Delivery
To this day, I am still waiting for my order.
July 22nd, I ordered items from Incredible Connection online. As I was tracking my delivery, 24th of July, my parcel was out for delivery and I was expecting it on that day. At 15;20 same day, I decided to check on / "track my order" to see how far my parcel was. To my surprise, it was updated at said "Delivery Rejected by Consignee". I did not reject an order, my order didn't even arrive. I did not get a call notifying me that my order has reached its destination, nothing.
When I called the Customer Service line at Incredible Connection, no one has answers.
I want my order!
