Avoid their Online Department at All Costs!

So, I place an order online last week. They tell me it'll take 2-5 business days. Okay, no problem.

I get an email last week that its with the courier company. This morning I call them to make sure that the driver calls me when they are here. The intercom doesn't work. They send me to Courier IT. I call Courier IT, they tell me the driver was already here but the package is now being recalled by someone at Tarsus.

I then call Incredible Connections, they tell me they are experiencing issues with their warehouse and website and that they are not sure when it will be resolved. They can no longer promise a delivery within 2 - 5 business days.

Shortly after I get an email from Courier IT that they were here and could not contact me, the number on their system was incorrect and I need to reschedule. So I add a note with the correct number, a few minutes ago I get an email from Incredible Connections stating my order is out for delivery today.

I call Incredible Connections again and behold, now they want to open a complaint because they no longer know what is going on.
