Avoid Incredible Connections: A Review of My Disappointing Purchase

I recently purchased a Surface Pro combo deal from Incredible Connections' Vaal Mall branch, and it was an absolute nightmare. When I went to collect my order, I discovered that they didn't have the item in stock and had to order it from another branch. They promised it would arrive on the 27th, but it didn't show up until the 28th. To make matters worse, they didn't include the pen that was specified in the combo deal.

When I contacted Incredible Connections about these issues, they were completely unresponsive. I was transferred from one person to the next, put on hold for extended periods, and even asked for my cellphone number but never received a callback. Their WhatsApp line was also useless, with agents closing the ticket without offering any assistance.

Overall, my experience with Incredible Connections was beyond frustrating, angering, and upsetting. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never shop with them again.
