Avoid Incredible Connection AT ALL COSTS

Don't be fooled by any marketing lies by this country wide chain of stores. I thought it will be better to deal with a big company in sorting out my PC woes but have only serious regrets after being without my laptop for MORE THAN 3 WEEKS, believe it or not. And there are still a mountain of data that these so called experts are unable to recover on my laptop. A store manager named Fabian (Incredible Connection George Garden Route Mall) telling me that my back up and recover instruction to them the does not include placing my e-mails on Outlook back onto my laptop.!!!!!!! Incredible but true. Where do I go from here I wonder?????????
