Avoid Incredible Connection and Skull Candy

I bought Skull Candy Crusher headphones from Centurion Incredible Connection and the hing broke. I took it back to the store and was advised by Lerato that it would be sent back to Skull Candy to be assessed as Incredible Connection was not going to take responsibility for it. A month later i know get told that it was not sent through but instead pictures was sent through of the damage and Skull Candy was not going to provide any replacement or repair. While in the store another gentleman came in with the same problem on a Skull Candy Hesh. I paid R2800 for headphones and they did not even last a few months. I would recommend avoiding the Skull Candy brand as well as Incredible Connection stores as there is no service once they have your money.
