Avoid Incredible Connection (aka Incredible Frustration)

I am appalled and disappointed by the atrocious service I received from Incredible Connection (for Order no: 301 082 007). I purchased an audio splitter from them on June 10th, 2024, which I urgently needed for my work. But what followed was a series of broken promises, ignored emails, and a complete lack of communication.

After receiving confirmation on July 12th that my package would be delivered on July 13th, I waited the entire day, only to be left high and dry. No phone call, no text message, no package. The only response I got was a text message on the morning of July 13th, saying it would be delivered by the end of the day. Guess what? Nothing was delivered.

I emailed Incredible Connection on the same day, and all I got was a response from a representative named Masego, who clearly didn't read my message. She simply rep**** that the package was on its way, despite me explicitly telling her that it hadn't been delivered the day before. Unbelievable.

The same scenario played out on July 14th, with another message saying the package would be delivered by the end of the day. And, you guessed it, nothing was delivered. No phone call, no message, no package.

I am still left wondering where my package is, and what kind of company operates with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The lack of decency to follow up with their courier service and keep customers informed is staggering.

Incredible Connection, you have failed me miserably. I would not recommend your services to anyone. Your incompetence and lack of communication are unacceptable. Shame on you!
