**** attitude with unsympathetic bully manager in Incredible Connection Waterfront

<div>Incredible connection at the Waterfront is managed by a ****, Timothy. I was standing at the teller ready to spend about R3000 on an item, I was hyperventilating due to heat under my mask, sweeting literally bullets, I dropped my mask down and used the hand sanitiser to wipe my face to cool off (check store security video), suddenly I got approached by Timothy, and got lectured to put my mask on, as soon as I asked to give me a minute as I was cooling off, Timothy threatened me to leave the store if I did not comply. I am going to post this ALL over Social Media! You have pushed my wrath to the limit! Instead of being polite, and sympathising with the client and offering the client a rest room where I could cool off, I got shown the door??? I had to abandon my item! You lost a sale! The very money that pays your salary and the staff's salary! Wait till there is a second lock down, you would have wished you had handled the client with a bit more kindness! Get lost and don't bother to contact me ****S.</div>
