On 6 November 2025 I made a purchase at Sandton City Incredible Connection and attempted to redeem the promotional voucher I received via text when I opened a revolving credit account. They refused to redeem the voucher claiming they’ve never seen such a voucher, neither did they know how to redeem it. At the same time claiming it may possibly be for online purchases only. I showed them the voucher and quoted the voucher code, they still refused. I asked them to call the head office, the manager told me the head office is closed whilst the time is 16:30.

2nd issue, they attempted to charge me R500 more than what the item is listed for. I argued this and they revoked the extra R500 as a discount. The mac book air 13 m4 was listed for R26999 on the store display and also online, why do they have a R27499 price on their system? Product code: ***9.
