Atrocious service

I am deeply unhappy about your customer service They are unhelpful and unable to resolve a query or provide a reasonable resolution

I want this matter to receive urgent attention

You can see that my order was out for delivery on friday 21 November It was not delivered Your customer service says it is because they couldn't reach me No one called me I was at home all day Why can't a person speak to the delivery department to track and resolve my query instead of saying Cape Town warehouse has not provided your customer care with an answer

Are you not a professional company with guaranteeing customer service and support? Does the client not come first on your business?
