At a loss

Returned dstv explora ultra ,damaged hard drive.I was sent by email a tax credit invoice on 6th Jan 2023.They received my I.d, and bank statements. 12 phone calls later still no e.f.t.after now 12 days waiting. Also they claim it was paid on the 6th.I can't seem to get a p.o.p out of them,rather they disbelieve me ,so I requested to send bank statements to proof to them, no payment has yet been made .Totally at a loss, *** Mr K .Clarence Credit invoice ***
