Asus TUF Ryzen 7

My son purchased a laptop online for pickup at Middelburg Mall. They initially had stock, only to call him later and say they only have a display unit. I went to another branch which checked for me which checked stock within the group and they said Nelspruit had stock. I then spoke to Bongiwe the supervisor from Middelburg branch who then called and spoke to the Ilanga Mall branch and asked them to reserve the laptop for me. She then called me back and confirmed that the laptop had been reserved yesterday at 16:50. Now on the 3rd of June she calls me and says they no longer have a sealed unit because they it was sold. Can this be sorted out so that my son can receive his sealed unit.
