Asus and Incredible Connection useless after purchase of R30k laptop

In my second year of university doing an architecture degree, I decided to invest in the best of the best, being the Asus ROG G751, the reason why I needed such a beast of a laptop was because of all the graphic processing requirements that comes with an architecture degree. So myself and my parents decided to take a huge chunk of my university money to invest in a top of the range laptop that should've lasted me decades for the price I paid! Which was almost R30 000. Then in my Honours year at university, my laptop decided to die. I took it in for evaluation at Incredible Connection, where I bought the laptop from, and their response was simply "we no longer stock this model and therefore cannot help you at all" in utter shock and disbelief I called Incredible connection help line to confirm this, which they did, I thought "I invested over R30k into your store, and you can't even give me the time of day?" I then took my case to the next available source of help, which was Mustek, who informed me as well that they don't stock the problem part and I should contact the Asus South Africa customer care line. Who informed me that Rectron is their registered agent for Asus laptops. Please understand that throughout this process every single step of the way I was greeted by unhelpful, rude and disrespectful employees at every single stop. No one could help me as the laptop is too expensive to stock its parts!?!?!

Finally Rectron does an analysis and then proceeds to tell me that I would need to replace my mother board at a cost of an additional R16k!!!! For an error I did not cause and was a factory fault that caused the mother board to deteriorate fast than what it should have.

An entire new laptop is R16k!!!

Not once was incredible connection or Asus apologetic towards the fact that their flagship device had given me issues during my university studies, which alone is stressful enough, the only apology I got was that the device was out of warranty and that was the end. I invested R30k into this brand for the laptop to ONLY last 11 months longer than it's warranty!!!!

I loved my laptop I invested into my future with that laptop and they couldn't give a single care towards any of my struggles!!!! It's pathetic and unbelievable that I had to go through what I went through with their top of the range product! Dispicable!!!
