APPLE COMPUTERS are MISREPRESENTED IN SOUTH AFRICA BY THE ********LY ********** AND *********INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!

I purchased an IMAC Computer from Incredible Connection (SANDTON), on Friday Afternoon. Its Monday Morning (less than 60 hours later) I took the R32 000 machine back to Incredible Connection. It had shut down 8 times while I was setting it up and then trying to work on it. Incredible Connection couldn't get it started. They have REFUSED to exchange it. They insist on a 14-21 day delay while analysing the machine. The Manager Sydney, laughs at the idea that the Consumer Protector has ANYTHING to say. He literally laughed at the Consumer Protector being able to help, saying the CPA had "NO POWER OVER THE JD GROUP."
