Appalling service of the Newcastle store

The after service of this company is absolutely atrocious. I have purchased a laptop from the Newcastle store and encountered may mishaps with the hardware. I use this laptop to conduct my financials of the business and until 4 weeks ago the hinges of the computer had been falling apart. Upon taking it to a local computer store i had been informed that it is definitely a factory fault and one can deduce that this damage could have never occurred by an individual by even falling. I have extended warranty on the product and together with the laptop and report forwarded to the Newcastle store. I have to continously do follow up's and find out the status of the laptop. It absolutely frustrating because your calls and messages go unanswered and emails ignored. I have been nice for way to long and accepted their lame excuses.
