Appalling service

Actual rating is 0, their services are appalling i have been waiting for an order for 2 weeks i haven’t received any communication from them whatsoever, they don’t pick up their customer services number, their always busy , when you go to the actual shop the staff are not equipped to deal with customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use incredible connection online services.
