Appalling service delivery

The most disgusting and appalling after service delivery received from the Newcastle Mall Incredible Connection store. After purchasing a laptop and an extended warranty for business usage i have encountered many issues from hardware to damage which could have resulted from wear and tear. Now i have made contact on different platforms with the store manager Fani Khuta and await feedback since the 21/05/2020. This country is facing trying times and sales and service should be something that sets competitors apart, seems like Incredible Connection is not interested in service delivery.
