Appalling service at Incredible Connection Clearwater Mall

I am sorely disappointed at the service received at the Incredible Connection store in Clearwater Mall.

I’ve purchased a product and it was faulty which required the store to cancel my transaction with the help of their IT department. The funds did not reverse into my credit card.

One week later after much follow up and no feedback from the store, the funds was reversed with a seven working day period for funds to reflect in my account. It is working day 13 and I still don’t have my money back. So almost four weeks later and I’m still waiting.

Service was poor at the store. My needs as a client after 3 visits to the store in person to attempt to resolve this matter has not tied the desired outcome for me as a customer I.e. to get my money back. No feedback from branch manager. If I don’t follow up, nothing happens. Please give me my money back Velaphi. Will never shop there again and neither recommend the store.
