Appalling service

They are *****s and do not have controlled of their logistics. I've been waiting for my package for longer than the 3-5 days and still havent received my package. The say that your package is on the way but do not come though. I am beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by this company that continues to undermine its customer who come in good faith.
