Appalling Service

<p>My husband visited Incredible Connection at the Centurion Mall this afternoon, for advise on a Fit Bit watch. The staff are absolutely clueless about their stock. They made my husband wait for more than half an hour, saying they were going to read about the specs on the internet, and then didnt have the decency to come back with any information. Do these people receive any training, or can anyone walk in off the street and get a job at Incredible Connection? After waiting 45min in the store, my husband left in disgust. Staff just stand around aimlessly. Is this what they call customer service?</p>
