Appalling service

It is extremely appalling to have a reputable business deliver such pathetic customer service especially knowing how businesses struggle to close a deal. I purchased a lap top for business purposes and i had experiencing issues the very next week, after logging a complaint a technician had been appointed to assess. It was upon the report that i had been informed that "HDD short DST test: FAILED." Whilst i understand there are processes which are in place and needs to be adhered to, i am a self employed businessman and i require this tool to complete my administration , wages and salaries, i am inconvenienced through incredible connection and for any organisation of this nature, for every problem / issue there should be a speedy resolution in order to retain your clients. This service is disgusting knowing that a branch manager in the store newcastle had been dealing with this and does not seem to know the urgency of this matter!!!!!!!!
