Appalling behavior

Bad experience ever I had purchased a laptop from the store last year September, and within 2months time the keyboard was not working I returned the laptop and I was told the is nothing wrong with it by Nicolas from mecer but he called to say he is putting a new keyboard in. Recently laptop just gave same problem of just stopping to work I returned it to the store for a CPA claim only to get and appalling behavior from the staff at Tygervalley made couple of follow ups and again I am told nothing is wrong with the laptop yet your technicians at the shop couldn’t switch on the laptop. Please stop lying to us we spent money, on this product just assist one accordingly.
