APALLING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM INDREDIBLE CONNECTION GREENSTONE STAFF

Store: INCREDIBLE GREENSTONE Comment: Appalling behaviour from the staff at Greenstone. My washing machine was scheduled for delivery today 03/02/26 at 6 pm.Dennis confirmed arrangements had been made.I phoned in just after 6 to confirm drivers where abouts, only to be told delivery would not happen. After forcing Bongi the manager to come on the phone, she couldn’t care less, telling me the store is closing and they are going to leave. To get me off the phone she said she would phone me back. Which of course she did not. I made a total of 24 phone calls to at least get a single apology, and was met with Katlego laughing at me on the other line with her colleagues, Dennis dropping the phone on me continuously. Then Katlego transferring me to a non responsive extension until 7 pm so that she could go home. I would like this matter dealt with. SHOCKING customer service!!!
