I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience ordering a phone online from Incredible Connection. What should have been a quick and efficient process turned into a NIGHTMARE that lasted 20 days! That’s right – nearly three weeks just to get a phone delivered. To make matters worse, the courier they use is absolutely ***********. Not once, but TWICE, they attempted to deliver the package after office hours. Basic scheduling – how hard can it be? The third time, they couldn’t even manage to deliver it properly and ended up leaving it with the security guard, completely bypassing the correct procedure. Incredible Connection, you need to seriously reconsider the logistics and partners you rely on. This experience has completely shattered my trust in your service. What’s the point of online shopping if I can’t even count on timely delivery? I won’t be ordering from you again. If you value your time and sanity, avoid ordering from Incredible Connection unless you want to endure endless frustration.
