Almost a month, Order not delivered!

<p>I've had endless problems with this order on incredible connection. Ordered a black friday deal - (26th November), Order was then delivered to a complete different address, It is clear that incredible Connection supp**** somebody elses shpping details for my order. (i.e. Somebody else is enjoying my purchase!!). I've raised the probem on the 6th Dec but no progress on this order since. I've spoken to every customer care agent at the call center(DAILY!!), the store manager that shipped my item, incredible online chat help, facebook and even Fedex. NO LUCK AT ALL. Feedback everytime is that it is has been escalated. Im still waiting for phone calls from the customer care management. Empty promises.</p> <p>I dont know how serious incredible is about hellopeter complaints - But next step will definitely be more damaging to their reputation.</p>
