After service

I bought the jbl t120 earbuds and lost the charging case. Called the IC Cradlestone Mall the sales guy said he is going to call me in 5 minutes but nothing, called clearwater they transferred me to suppliers kept on holding still nothing. Its nice to by but when it comes to after service its a problem how is that fair
