After sales excellence

I purchased a computer from sales persons (Lucky and Malusi) who were highly experienced, knowledgeable and non-pushy, a plus by any consumer! Unfortunately the item had some technical problems. When I returned the item the technician (Oliver) was extremely efficient in the process of reissue. Their new shop in Cresta Shopping Mall is nicely renovated and the whole experience with them was very pleasant indeed. I write to commend the manager (Denis) and all his staff. 100%
